Dear Martin, having been away I have only just seen a post on the British Horn Society page saying that Kevin has passed away. This is a great shock and I am so very sorry to hear this tragic news for you and your family.
I hadn’t realised that his tongue issue had escalated into something much more serious and devastating.
Kevin and I go back a long way to when we were the two Horn players for many years in Kaleidoscope Wind Ensemble based in North London during the 1990s. He was a superb and very musical Horn player and such a lovely man. He will be so very much missed by all who played with him and knew him. Do take care.
